Suggest Treatment For Panic Attacks

Hi, i have anxiety, scared easily (my water bottle just made a pop noise and i jumped), lack of sleep, depression, irritated quickly but whenever I m mad i feel like there s a knot in my throat and i can t breathe and it leads to panic attacks. What should i do.
