General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I suggest you to consult with your doctor because to treat panniculitis needs antibiotics, cortico-steroids, analgesics, rest, maybe you need surgery to remove the bump.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
