Suggest Treatment For Parafalacine Meningioma

Hi my name is Lisa Last may I was diagnosed with a posterior parafalacine meningioma at the time it was 16x16x20mm resently I had another MRI and it has doubled the growth that it should have grown in 12 months in 8 months unfortunatly it has penetrated my sinuses and is open so I am unable to have it removed at the moment I'm concerned that it will turn to cancer while I'm waiting I wanted to know if possible can this tumour be injected to shrink it,or could it be Embolized I feel I have a ticking time bomb in my head and don't und erstand enough about it ,i wanted to know about the chance of having a venus stroke the chances of it turning to cancer ,I was a smoker and have given this up after sergery i h ad last July to remove a intraventricular ependymoma I have also been eating a clean diet the last two months and have given up coffee also if you could help me with information I would be very thankfull
