Suggest Treatment For Paralysis

gudafternoon doctor, my dad is suffering wid paralysis, effected in the month of october 2010, my dad's left leg and hand is nt working, after taking treatment in KIMS, leg is bit improved bt hand doesnt hve any progress and when he yauns his left hand automatically lifts up, y is it happening, could u plz suggest hw long it takes? and what is the correct medicine so tht he will permanently out of disease.

my dad is diabetic patient and have high BP, for tht he is taking medicines.

presently he is taking these medicines- (CLOPITAB-A 75 and ATODER-10)

SHOULD HE CONTINUE SAME MEDICINES OR WOULD U ADVISE OTHER MEDICINE?
