Suggest Treatment For Paralysis

Dear Doctor,my dad(82)years,a cghs beneficiary, had a fall on 5th may,he lives in shankar vihar, vikas marg, and suffered brain heamorrhage,is on conservative treatment at Kailash hospital, noida. He had heart surgery(stunt)fixed, and cervical injury treatment at Metro Hospital(2006,when his survival was 0% but due to good hands and care at Metro hosp,he survived and recovered in 2months with left hand semi paralyzed). Now it was understood thatdue to age factor(although he has been very active),surgery could be harmful,he has been on ventilatos since 5may(there was a little delay in getting him medical treatment due to no one available 2 take care him),now question is what to do?which is the best neuro hospital for cghs panel for critical patients like him.His all other body organs r functioning normal, and he is able to show emotions through cry and tears and sometimes lifting his right hand.shashi sethi
