Suggest Treatment For Paralysis

my sister had brain stroke in 2004. she was in coma for 18 days and paralysed on left side. her age now is 37. she has given botox injection in 2009. now her condition is worsened as in 2004. is it possible to cure paralysis with what ever types of treatments available in bangalore or in india. please advise.
