Suggest Treatment For Parkinson Disease

I have early stage of Parkinson, I currently take 9 pills/day Levodopa/Carbidopa they make me sleepy and I cannot function as a working mother of 3. Also, I notice every time I take them I get an infection in the vaginal area. Is there anything else I can do?
