Suggest Treatment For Parkinson Disease

My grandfather took the medicine of syndopa plus around two months ago as adviced by the neurologist without the problem of parkinson but now suddenly the problem of parkinson started because he left taking syndopa plus. Can you please suggest that is it the side effect of syndopa plus or something else?
