Suggest Treatment For Parkinsonism

R/Sir,my mother(65) is suffering from parkinsonism and is on Ropark 0.5mg TID and Syndopa 110 5times daily since 5 yrs,Now her free movements are restricted due to spasticity and stiffness and her voice has lost, DR says that this is due to the advancing problem and after effects of medication. Please suggest whether she can improve and regain her voice. THANX. YYYY@YYYY
