Suggest Treatment For Parkinson's Disease

I m from NE STATES, AGARTALA TRIPURA. My mother (aged-68-70)was detected having parkinson disease almost a year back by a kolkata Neuro Physician. Then was advised to take Parkin-2mg/Parkitidin-100mg/Migrebeta TR-40/Donep-5mg. But recently her complaints are looking more. Pl advise me.
