Suggest Treatment For Parkinson's Disease

I am suffering from parkinsons disease since 3 years .I visited nimhans last year for the treatment. As per Doctor's advice, I am taking following medicines.

1) syndopa plus-125 mg 3 tab daily.

2) pacitan 2 mg 1/2 tab twice daily.

3) domstal 1/2 tab daily.

4) ropark 0.25 daily.

I am continuing with these medicines till now. Previous hand tremor condition improved but not able to write clearly. From last 3-4 days very frequently I have a tendency to fell down.I feel this symptoms specially in the morning .My blood pressure varies at a wide range throughout the day. Regarding b.p I have consulted cardiologist, I am advised to consult a neurologist.

Suggest me what to do.
