Suggest Treatment For Pcos

hello,i am a pcods patient since last 5 years i have been using glycomet 500mg thrice a day,i have been put on fsh treatment but no good result my folicile dosnt grows after 10 mm,i tried ivf once but failed,now mydoctor is asking to go for histerescopy and then ivf i am 28 years n married since past 7 years my doctors say my pcods very chronic,i am unable to decide what to do.
