Suggest Treatment For Pelvic And Thighs Pain

i'am a housewife (female),45yrs. old mother of 2 daughters 19yrs. and 15yrs. i have pain in pelvic joint 4r last 2 days before that i had pain in thigh joint .till now i haven't take any medicines for this pains what are the precautions and medicines you can recomend for me....
