General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms suggest the possibility of pelvic inflammation. A detailed internal examination/deep vaginal swab test and USG of pelvis along with investigations of spouse will throw light on the cause to facilitate specific treatment.

Please consult your gynecologist. Till then improved genital hygiene and over the counter, Ibuprofen pill would give some relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
