My 2 and a half year old son has white stains like tipex in his pants. He went for a pee and before he started there were drips of what looked like white milk (that consistency). Doc gave me canestan but it s still happening. When I pull the skin back there is no redness, pain or build up of anything it all looks normal it s coming from inside
