Suggest Treatment For Penile Irritation And Itchy Scrotum With Whitish Discharge
i have been suffering from itches inside the hole of my penis, even the skin and scrotum too. i have experiencing whitish fluid like milk coming out from my penis and every part of the penis is scrating me too. i have tried to use ampiclux and some antibiotics but it still the same.

The symptoms can be related to a yeast infection.
I suggest doing SST tests to exclude SST diagnosis.
I also recommend using an antifungal cream for local application.
I also recommend using antifungal tablets such as Fluconazole for oral treatment.
