Suggest Treatment For Penile Itching

Hi doctor. i am from kerala.now i am staying in hyderabad for higher studies.I am facing a major problem on my penis.I have problem on my skin .iching ..... I went to hospital. Bt I didn t get proper treatmentment...since I cannot show my body to doctor..bt I cant show to doctor...so what will I do? I canont sleep due to this reason.also my foreskin is not removed yet.plz give me a solution.i cant show to any doctor I am very shy...can u help me from this problem..?

Hello,

This is most likely a fungal infection. Treated it with antimycotic cream for 10 days. When you go to take a shower clean the penis only with water, don't use soap. After that dip your penis in pale-pink solution of KMnO4 for 3 to 5 minutes, 2 times a day for 7 to 10 days. Be careful with the solution. It has to be pale pink.
