Suggest Treatment For Penile Ulcer

Hello Dr. I had ulcer on penis almost when my age was 23 now i am 29 years. Since this infection i have been facing many health problems like : Mild fever, Loss appetite , Loss weight, nausea , fatigue etc. i check out my doctor and told him but he did not give me any medicine. What should i do? am i affected with hiv/aids? Pleas heal me

It can be caused due to bacterial or viral infections such as syphilis or herpes. Consult a doctor and take respective antibiotics in case of syphilis or take antiviral drugs for herpes.
