Greetings there, thanks for your question. I am Dr Asanghanwa Carlson. Blood in urine is an abnormal finding and is a cause for urgent medical attention. The fact that your husband passes out blood from his penis, post urination dribbling, has lower back and testicular pains and has also lost weight is a serious cause for concern as there could be a dangerous underlying condition such as a prostate tumour. I would advice you do an seek urgent medical care from a urologist who is a specialist who deals in diseases of the male genital and urinary tract and associated organs. While wishing him a quick recovery, accept the best of regards. Key word: Urologist consultation
