Suggest Treatment For Penis Foreskin

I have issue with penis forskin. It is approx a week old case. There is red cut marks on the penis head. When I stretch the skin or pull it then it gives much pain and cuts appears.Once, after musterbate, I got bleeding from it.Plz suggest me atssuitable remedy Thnx

Hello,

You have cuts on your penis head that becomes painful when the foreskin is pulled. Cuts commonly occur due to careless use of razer blades during hair -removal, friction-cuts during exercises, running and jogging, sexual activities, etc. You are suggested to keep the affected area moisturized, use a condom or lubricant, wear comfortable pants, take care of your hygiene.

Other medical conditions that can cause such symptoms are yeast infection, sexually transmitted diseases, balanitis, etc. You should get yourself clinically examined by a Urologist. Get STD tests done. If test come positive you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals.

Fungal infections are treated with a course of antifungal orally or by applying ointment clotrimazole on the affected area. Presently, you can apply ointment Soframycin or Neosporin ointment on the affected area. Stay away from addictions like smoking, drugs, alcohol, etc. Stay well hydrated.
