Suggest Treatment For Penis Pain During Intercourse

hi i am riyaz,

i am 23 year old i have married 6 month ago. and i am suffering from an problem related with my penis which is get hearted during the sex.my penis get hearted ie.it gets small cutts on my penis due to i think becouse of streching of skeen.it hearted arund only the top side in a line sence.

so please help me.
