Suggest Treatment For Periorbital Dark Circles, Hot Flashes, Chills And Nausea

I went through surgical menopause 6 years ago and I have been getting hot flashes, chills and nausea on several occasion over the last week. I m finding it difficult to sleep while this is going on. Some days I find it hard to get out of bed and I constantly have dark circles under my eyes.

These are symptoms of ovarian failure if they were not removed or due to surgical menopause, the treatment is either HRT or symptomatic with Venlafaxine both of them will help symptomatically.
