Suggest Treatment For Peripheral Annular Tear And Disc Bulge

Sir, I am having problem of peripheral annular tear and diffuse disc bulge of L4-L5 with compression of thecal sac and compromise of the exiting neural foramina with adequate bony spinal canal. I am having pain in right side of the stomach and some times (occasionally) i am getting numbness below trunk. Please advise me in this regard.
