Suggest Treatment For Peripheral Neuropathy And Sensory Neuropathy

iam male and 82 years of age. I had a fall and my anle was twisted badly. As a rsult tendon of the ankle was damaged. That happened two years back. Since then I am suffering from sensory neuropathy or perpheral neuropahu. It has spread to my laegs and arms starting from my feet. Recently I have having cold sweating and mouth burnning. I was mcabolomin etc. but with no results. Can Aldonil (Zydus) or any other medicine help me? Please prescribe.
