Suggest Treatment For Persistent OCD And Depression
Dear Sir I have been telling my doctor that i have very bad memory and frequent forgetting spellings of some common terms like running ,concentration etc. Also feel like have no motivation to do most of the thing.Even for work i don t have any motivation .I work only in extreme pressure and have a habit of procrastination .Previously(2 years) i was diagnosed with Pure-O OCD and depression and dont feel any of these symptoms right now .Even i don t feel like eating until i am forced or skipped 1 or 2 meals of a day. Before treatment i used to complete task out of anxiety/fear , and now i do nothing till the last minute. Whatever medicine i have been prescrbed till now is some kind of anti-depression ,which makes me sleep alot and does more damage in professional life and personal life So to sum up 1.Extremely Bad Memory both long term and short term 2.Forgetting very common things 3.No motivation, always procrastinating 4.Earlier diagnosed with pure O OCD and depression 5.Skipping 1 or 2 meals of a day 6.Previously anxiety and fear made me to work 7.Old medicine makes me sleepy.
