Suggest Treatment For Persistent UTI

I was diagnosed with a UTI 3 mths ago for which Urizone stat dose was prescribed together with an ultrasound. The scan showed fluid in the pelvic region presumably from a burst ovarian cyst. My gp then prescribed 2 grams of azithromycin and a course of flagyl which I took. From the first dose thereafter i got significantly worse;vomiting, severe flatulence and distention of my entire abdominal/pelvic region, pinching sensation in my colon, feeling of fullness after just 3 spoonfuls of food, cramping, bowel sounds audible to everyone in my office and epigastric pain.I could also feel the food going all the way down and accumulating in my lower abdomen causing my belly too remain swollen.Eventually, I was scoped. The surgeon said he found something rather interesting which he had never come across in the10 000 patients that he had scoped. The lining of my stomach was riddled with what looked like cigarette burns or ring worms(brownish middle surrounded by amaroonish/red ring with a diameter of approximately half centimeter all over the gastric mucosa.)He prescribed Trustan(mths supply)which relieved my epigastric pain. All my other symptoms remained. Everyone notices when i have to run to the loo several times per day.So embarrasing especially with the very loud bowel sounds and flatulence that comes without warning. 3 mths now and i m still suffering. Please help!
