Suggest Treatment For Persistent Abdominal Pain

I am 49 and having period problems and for the past four days have experienced not a pain but a persistent abdonable ache which has disrupted my sleep, tonight I examined myself and realised a tampax was high up , I have removed it but must ad that others have been fitted and removed,I think it has been there four days ,it smelt strong,although cramps are easing a little I still feel discomfort,do you think I should seek medical help?.

Looking at your history it seems that you might be suffering from inflammation or infection of the genital tract
Porlong and high up tampons may produce an inflammation in vagina or cervix, infection can set in such a case that can ascend to urinary system also

visit your for detailed examination and tests like urine test or an ultrasound to the confirm the diagnosis
