Suggest Treatment For Persistent And Chronic Back Pain

My Name is Pamela, i m 55 and i have had back problems since 2000, it just has goton worse in the last year or so, i have been on Vicodin, Trimadol and i have goton injections in my lower back by my hip on both side and cortazone shots as well, the pain i m having is on the right side it is sharp it especially gets worse when i turn, bending and even yelling, it is very uncomfortable

In my opinion, you should definitely meet the physiotherapy center and start physiotherapy.
Avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
