Suggest Treatment For Persistent Arms And Shoulder Pain

I have pain in my upper arms shoulder..first left arm for alamost a year now.. I went my theraphy till now. then my right arm start pain too,, like sharp, weak, tingling swell at a times, it s no my bone it s the muscles or nerves my chiro said i s subluxition.. My quoestion is it is possible causes of kenalog injection few years ago when I have that hay fever allergy?

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be due to musculoskeletal condition and it may not be anything else, initially it can be managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen, if it fails to bring the result then better to get done the cervical spine x-ray, physiotherapy could help to relieve the pain hope this information helps.
