Hi,

Lower abdominal pain & blood in stool is an indication of UTI (E.Coli infection). Visit ER, get physically examined, you need to go for CBC, Urinalysis(R/E, C/S).

Take plenty of water, you need antibiotics like Bactrim/Septra or Norfloxacin after consultation with the PCP.

In the meantime take care of your hygiene, abstain from sex, wear cotton clothes & avoid using public washrooms/toilets.

For backpain you can take Acetaminophen(Tylenol) or Combiflam, one SOS when needed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
