Suggest Treatment For Persistent Back Pain And Hematoma

Undiagnosed Brain Bleed presented with Back pain, fever, chills, crying after hitting head with car door to seek shelter from oncoming car as pedestrian. ER didn t write down car incident as no trauma appeared on head. No CT Scan was ordered. When presented 2nd time to Hospital, was turned away told I was a drug seeker. Then became non-responsive with old blood and new blood subdural hematoma. Should ER or hospital have ordered a Head CT. Hospitalist says no. Car insurance won t pay medical bills.
