Back pain which is chronic in nature needs detailed evaluation to understand the cause. Based on your description, it seems to be a mechanical pain related to office ergonomics.
I recommend that you sit straight with the foot resting on the feet firmly. Use a chair that comforts you.
And take frequent breaks for short walks and exercise throughout the day. You should also consider visiting a doctor/physiotherapist if ergonomics doesn't help you much.
You may need the help of medicines and physiotherapy procedures to ease the pain.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
