General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If you have gastritis also you may have chest pain. Smoking will cause gastritis. Fear may also give you chest pain. Since you have done all cardiac investigations and all are normal you need not worry at this stage. Many effects of smoking are reversible. Hence stop worrying. Worrying takes away all your time and energy. Exercise regularly, have more fruits and vegetables.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jeevithan Shanmugam
