Suggest Treatment For Persistent Chest Pain

my son is in prison in georgia. he is 24 years old and has hep c virus. and in their chronic care program.med for his hep c condition., He s having chest pains and fluid from nipple, temp in georgia are around 100 daily, there is no air condition, has no access to cool or cold water for shower or drinking purposes, he is offered a cup of ice twice a day ,once around 8 am and again around 8 pm. His release date 8/14/2017- right at 30dys

Detailed evaluation is required. As he is experiencing nipple discharge, there is a possibility of abscess or infection. Consult a physician and get evaluated.
