General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my surgical experience, the persistent headache is not cluster headache in your case as there is failure of cyst surgery and secondary pain related to internal tissue scarring or else. If it was conventional cluster headache, obvious therapy would have been ergot, sumatriptan, propranolol or supportive therapy with best results, but here I need to assess your latest MRi scans for further guidelines please.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
