General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Archana. Kindly consult a physician. Initially the physician may treat you with antibiotics (like Amox or Azithral) and anti-pyretics like Paracetamol. Most of the times it may be just a simple upper respiratory tract infection which will subside with antibiotics.

But if your conditions is not improving the doctor may suggest you to undergo blood tests like complete blood count, chest xray, sputum examination etc.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
Dr Sanjay Kini
