Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cold Sores In Vaginal Area

Hello, I think I may have herpes. I have had cold sores for years, and recently had a similar experience around my vaginal area. Sofar, they come and go, and thankfully haven't been there for some months now. Is this herpes or some other viral infection?
