Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Chest Pain

I have a chest pain in the middle portion of chest including back shoulder,frequentlly somtimes it appear at walking and even in rest.I went to cardiologist but ECG,ECHO,etc, are normal,he advice me to go further investigation viz;ENGIOGRAM.I have a prolonged cough,X-RAY shows lung is not clear.cardiologist ignore it.please suggest me for further steps.
