Suggest Treatment For Persistent Cough And Migraine With Disturbed Vision

I have had a persistent cough and it has caused migraine headaches and disturbed vision. I am very tired and have no energy and I am feeling very shaky. What should I do? I have been suffering with the cough for some time. I have only had 2 days off work. Work are expecting me back in but I feel very shaky although the cough is no longer constant - but more intermittent thankfully
