Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dandruff

Hi, I am 35yrs old woman, i have got dandruff since i am 22yrs old, i took many treatments from the beginning, i use doxy 100mg tab and antidandruff shampoo even now. But no use, hairs become oily 2days after taking head bath and i am getting boils or bubbles on my head my hairs are falling and becoming thin. I am also getting grey hairs? Kindly suggest some permanent solutions for dandruff,boils and itching and grey hairs( as of now i am useing mehndi) which hairdye is suitable for my dandruff hairs? kindly give me permanent solutions

Thanks for the query.

You can use noskurff lotion in night and sleep.

In day you can use sebowash shampoo to wash your hair.

Also take antihistamine tablet like cetrizine

This will give you relief.
