Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea And Vomiting

I threw up violently about 16 times, stomach bile only. Nothing on my stomach. Had diarrhea 4-5 times. Went to ER on Monday, July 25.. Was checked out to not feeling well . Told them I had a headache, probably from the throwing up. It is Wednesday and I still have the headache on my right side above my ear where the bone goes in and out when you chew. Will this go away or am I having a stroke?

Hi welcome to health care magic...

You were having acute gastrointestinal infection...
You have not mentioned which treatment given to you....

You might given antibiotic full course and hydration therapy by pints of normal saline...

You might have headache from dehydration that leads electrolytes imbalance also...
So maintain your hydration with lots of fluids, coconut water, ORS in water and fruit juice....

Complete course of given antibiotic taken...

In stroke usually slurred speech, hypertension like presentation present..
If it is suspected by doctor than CT scan done
