Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea Post An Unprotected Intercourse

Hello I m currently away and I m very worried. I had unprotected sex with a girl and feel that I might have cought aids. I ve had diarrhoea for 3 days and my balls feel tight. I m in Thailand so I m not sure if it s travellers diarrhoea but I m very worried. Please reply quickly!

Hi,

The first thing I'd like to tell you that you can not have AIDS symptoms in such a short span of time, so don't worry.

Now coming to your diarrhea, yes it can be traveler's diarrhea.

If you are still having diarrhea, you may take tablet Loperamide. Also, start taking electrolyte powder with water. Eat bland food and take rest.

If your symptoms persist, please consult a nearby doctor.
