Suggest Treatment For Persistent Diarrhea With Cough

Hi my has on and off fever for the past 6 days, we had her check on her 2nd second day of fever, urine is normal, CBC says her white blood cells is higher than normal count, now she has cough and colds, her eyes are partly red, and she just had catarrh with blood. May we know how serious is this?

Take levocet syrup for cough and cold.
Avoid outing in cold.
