I have had diarrhea since the end of December. Sometimes it is water , but usually it is soft and unformed into a stool shape and falls apart as soon as it hits the water. My PCP attempted a colonoscopy 2 weeks ago but was unable to get through the first turn into the transverse colon. I had a CT of the abdomen which ruled out any tumors and then my doc referred me to a gastroenterologist. Monday of this week the specialist was able to complete my scope using a pediatric scope. He only found a small polyp at the hepatic juncture which he removed. He took a few samples for biopsy at the juncture with the small intestine but I don t have those results yet. I am very tired, always cramps and achy I n abdomen, and every time I eat, I have discomfort in lower abdomen, usually accompanied with gas and sharp pain and bloating. I insisted my PCP take a blood test for celiac disease yesterday, but do not have those results yet either. I am so tired of this. Do you have anything ideas?
