Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness And Bruising All Over The Body

My BF he tells me he has been experiencing dizziness and unusual bruises almost ever day for the whole year. He does have health problems as like seizures. He says he feels scared to go to sleep cause he doesn t know if he s going to wake up the next morning. The doctors he s seen haven t figured it out and told him he s fine. But he feels he is not fine. Do you have any idea what this could be? I believe it has to do with something about his brain.

I think you should help him visiting a psychiatrist. I think this is a psychological issue since doctors finds are normal.
