Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness While Experiencing Hypotension

I m used to some dizziness when I stand up after bending over, but of late, I feel like I have come close to blacking out on a couple of occasions. My blood pressure is typically on the low side, but has gone up slightly in the past year... but still low.
