Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dizziness With Sudden Double Vision

Hello, I was dizzy for about 3 hours with rapid eye movement. It affects my equilibrium and my ability to stand or walk. Each eye individually is still double vision with rapid eye movement. I have nope and any part of my body, or numbness. I am able to feel and touch my legs and go up to my back my head. I had one point I tried to rush to the bathroom due to nausea, but did not throw up. I am needing to know if I should go to the hospital or if this will pass. I am not on any medications other than THC that is for my stenosis and other pains. I have chronic pain also. Wife is worried about a tumor or stroke
