General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
The dizziness can be due to the eye or internal ear problem... but with the numbness & pain suggests it to be neurogenic following cervical spondylitis.
You can take over the counter pill like diziron till you see a doctor. Take rest. Eat nutritious food and drink sufficient water. Do not exert your neck. Avoid neck movements that instigate dizziness. Get physically examined by a doctor followed by needful investigations for pinpointing the cause & proper treatment with needful referral to an expert.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale,
