Suggest Treatment For Persistent Dull Headache, Stuffy Nose, Occasional Cough And General Tiredness

I thought I had a cold, but the symptoms have been with me for more than 2 weeks. I have a dull headache, stuffy nose and general tiredness. I have an occasional cough and am able to cough up yellow phlegm. When I blow my nose, it is a pale yellow. I have not had a fever.
