Suggest Treatment For Persistent Elevation In BP Levels

yes my husband is 57yrs old and in the last three his blood pressure check was high at doctor visit his blood pressure was 178/112. Will need to stay medication and change his diet. Oh by the way he is active competive basketball player with a 50 and over team.

Hello, you mention that your husband has high blood pressure problem.

You have to take law salt diet.
Avoid high calory food.

Take green vegetables.
Don't Take fatty food and oily food.
Do regularly excercise.

Use low fat oil like sunflower.

Do one more thing check your kidney function test because it may be secondary cause of high blood pressure.
