yes my husband is 57yrs old and in the last three his blood pressure check was high at doctor visit his blood pressure was 178/112. Will need to stay medication and change his diet. Oh by the way he is active competive basketball player with a 50 and over team.

Hello, you mention that your husband has high blood pressure problem. You have to take law salt diet. Avoid high calory food. Take green vegetables. Don t Take fatty food and oily food.
